Shipping

Free Shipping on U.S. orders $75+
Flat rate Shipping of $8.95

All candles are hand-poured and shipped from Marbury, MD. In stock orders are
processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and typically ship out within 1-3 business
days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

Current process time for shipping is 1-2 business days. A tracking notification will be sent to your email once your item has been shipped. Please contact us if you need international rates.

There may be several reasons you may have not gotten your order.

Note within the USA, expect 4-10 business days to get your order. Our normal process
time is 1-2 business days, then you have to add the shipping time.

All domestic orders will have a tracking number. Chick the status of your order by
following the link in your order confirmation email.

If it’s been more than two weeks, it is likely your order has been delayed or lost. We can
refund lost items, but most often, the order will show up eventually.

Once you receive a shipping notification it takes about 24 hours for your tracking number to work. The package needs to get picked up and scanned at the post office.

At times, items do not get scanned in properly. If it has been past the estimated date of delivery and you have not received your package and the tracking is not working — please let us know.

If an item is marked as delivered and you have not receive it here are a few suggestions.
1. Make sure your shipping address is correct (your name on the mailbox helps as well).

2. Verify that no one else may have received your package (roommate, family
member, neighbor, etc.)

3. Bring the tracking to your local post office to see if they are holding it or have any further information.

4. If it has been 21 days after shipment and you have done first 3 steps send us a message to let us know.

Shipping carriers are doing their best to get packages delivered on time, but are experiencing some delays.

When purchasing during a sale or holiday, please allow an extra few days for your order to ship as we will have more orders than usual to ship.

Candles

Our candles are non-traditional scents. Some fragrances are stronger than others. The fragrances are an artistic interpretation of ideas. If the scent does not please you. Send it back and you can choose a new scent or ask for a refund. The unlit candle can be returned to us as long as you pay for the shipping. After we receive the candle we will refund or send out another sent of your choice.

Most of our scent ingredients are synthetic fragrances designed specifically for candles. They burn safely, consistently and give off the best scent throw.

A few of our scents do contain natural essential oils (plants and herbs), but may of our candles are not of the traditional type and have been created by professional fragrance designers. We mix these scents to achieve a specific scent combination.

An 8 ounce candle burn for around 40 hours. It is best to only burn a candle a couple hours at a time. Not all day.

Every Month! We start selling them at the first of the month until we sell out. We love to experiment. To keep up to date follow us on our social media.

If you find a scent you love and it goes off the website. Send us a message and we may be able to make one for you or bring it back if it is in high demand. Some of our candle scents are seasonal so they may be back.

Our candles are made in small batches and may vary a bit from the product photo. Some of the essential oils are darker than other and may be a slight color difference. We do not add dyes to our candles so the only color variance is the color of the fragrance oil that is being added.

When your candle arrives it may have a slight discoloration. This is a result of
temperature changes during shipping, and it is a natural characteristic of soy wax. None of this will effect the burn or smell of your candle.

If you are unhappy with the appearance of the candle we can exchange it for a new
candle. Just remember that we cannot guarantee it won’t happen again.

● Trim the candlewick to ¼” before each use.
● Your first burn should be two hours until you get a pool to the edges.
● If your candle flame becomes too big, smokey or excess flickering you should
extinguish the candle. Your candle wick may need to be trimmed again.
● Keep debris out of the wax pool at all times.
● You should only burn your candle about two hours at a time.
● Always burn within sight – never leave unattended
● Keep away from pets, children and all flammable items.

We make our candles with Natural Soy Wax, Essential Oils, and Fragrance Oils.

Others

First, we are so sorry you are not please with your purchase. Our “no matter what guarantee” means you can exchange or return your unlit, unused candles, soaps, salts, bath bombs. Please ship them back to us at our address.

Make sure to include your name and order number. For exchanges, please let us know
which product(s) you’d like instead. If your items is unused, you can return if to a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We aren’t able to accept returns on partially used items (lit candles, used soap, opened salts, etc).

Products that have arrive broken we will replace. Please contact us ASAP with your order number, a picture of the product(s), and a list of what needs to be replaces. We will get a new replacement shipped out pronto.

Same thing goes for a candle you did not order or one is missing from your order. We apologize. Contact us with your order number and the item you are missing or need exchanged. You may keep any product we may have shipped to you by accident.

Canceling your order is simple. Contact us right away with your order number and name.
If orders have not be shipped we will refund your purchase. If the products have been shipped out you will need to return them at your expense and when we receive them we will issue a refund.

We can only accept one coupon or fundraising code per purchase. You cannot get a discount and support your fundraising cause at the same time.

Sorry, we cannot spit orders between multiple addresses.

We offer wholesale for brick and mortar shops within the USA. Please contact us if you are interested.

To place a wholesale order we will create a wholesale account for you and direct you to
our online wholesale shop.

We are unable to offer wholesale outside the USA.

We get it. You’re about to purchase something you can’t smell until you have it in hand. To make sure you are happy no matter what, we will replace, exchange, or return the product at any time, no matter what. To return your candle, please fill out the Contact form and put “return” + your order number in the subject line and the reason for return
in the message

First, we are sorry that this has happened. Glass sometimes break despite every effort to keep you candle safe during shipment. No worries, it is an easy fix. Just email us a picture of your broken candle with a copy of your shipping confirmation if you have it (check your email) and we will ship you a brand new candle ASAP! you have it (check your email) and we will ship you a brand new candle asap!
